DTT INTEL WFF SME – Camp Atterbury, IN
Provide training and other support for the ARNG’s Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at the MTCs or through Mobile Training Teams (MTT). Provide and support realistic and demanding Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming training for Soldiers, leaders and units from individual through collective Mission Command training in various operational and dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME in the Intelligence Warfighting Function (WFF).
- Advise units, develop training content, and support planning conferences/exercises.
- Develop intelligence products and storylines to stimulate unit training objectives.
- Design scenario-based exercises to support Unit Commander’s training objectives.
- Develop theater specific scripting of Master Scenario Events List or simulation control injects that are integrated with training exercises, and constructive staff training in a LVC environment.
- Conduct in-depth research on evolving doctrine, theater specific operations, lessons learned, and newly developed tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Intelligence Studies preferred.
- 8+ years military intelligence experience. BN/BDE staff-level experience.
- Secret clearance required.
- Strong analytical/communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
