IEWTPT Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Camp Atterbury, IN

Provide training and other support for the ARNG’s Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at the MTCs or through Mobile Training Teams (MTT). Provide and support realistic and demanding Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming training for Soldiers, leaders and units from individual through collective Mission Command training in various operational and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct and operate the IEWTPT system in support of training and exercises.
  • Provide specific Intelligence WFF support and exercise development/execution/      scripting on both, Lower Enclave and Upper Enclave.
  • Attend exercise planning, operations and integration meetings, including exercise planning meetings, In- Progress Reviews (IPRs),
  • Support operations in garrison and maneuver/training areas and provide recording and play-back of the exercise.
  • Provide briefing system capabilities and limitations including detailed automated/semi-automated AAR data and provide presentations of this data to the Trainers/Trainees.
  • Participate in exercise design based on training objectives with an understanding of basic Military Intelligence (MI) core skills associated with the intelligence process and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
  • Coordinate for MI/ISR Soldiers and sections in support of training for Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) tasks, functions, and procedures for MI personnel especially Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) Mission Essential Task List (METL) tasks associated with various MI specialties within team/crew level events.
  • Develop, control and manage dynamically changing exercise data and ensure operator level maintenance and administration is conducted as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and degree 10+ years military intelligence, or 14 years’ experience substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with IEWTPT. 
  • Have successfully served as a battalion S2 or as an Intelligence Analyst, including at grade E7/SFC, 03/CPT, CW2, or higher.
  • Actively worked within the Intelligence Community.
  • Must possess and maintain an active Top-Secret Clearance with CI Poly and ability to obtain access to National Security Agency Network (NSANET).
  • Must be DoD 8570IAT Level II certified with Security+ required.
  • Strong instructional/ technical skills.  
  • U.S. Citizenship is required. 
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
