Master Leader Course (MLC-DL) Facilitator / Instructor
About the Role
Leading Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Master Leader Course Distributed Learning (MLC-DL) Facilitators to support the U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer Academy at Fort Bliss, TX.
This role supports the development of senior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), helping prepare Master Sergeants for high-level leadership roles through a structured online and classroom learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate online and in-person instruction for the MLC-DL program
- Deliver structured, outcomes-based instruction aligned with Army doctrine
- Review and grade student assignments and provide feedback
- Manage student rosters and academic records
- Counsel students on course performance and graduation requirements
- Support course development and recommend improvements
- Maintain communication with students throughout the course
- Submit required reports and updates to leadership
Key Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0800–1700
- Location: On-site at Fort Bliss
- Travel: None required
Minimum Qualifications
- Former U.S. Army Master Sergeant (E-8) or equivalent
- Experience in instruction, facilitation, or training
- Strong understanding of Army doctrine and NCO development
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, online systems)
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Blackboard or online learning platform experience
- Instructor Writing Course (IWC)
- Prior distance learning facilitation experience
Requirements
- Must pass NACI background check
- Must complete required Army training (AT Level I, OPSEC, etc.)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
Required Training & Certifications
- Must have completed Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course (CFD-IC) (80-hour) OR be able to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Must obtain/possess required online instructor certifications, including:
- Blackboard Basics
- Instructor Writing Course (IWC)
- Additional course-specific certifications as required by the program
- Must maintain all instructor certification requirements in accordance with the USANCOA Instructor Certification Program (ICP)

- Frequent use of hands and arms; prolonged sitting may be required.
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to interpret instructions involving multiple abstract and concrete variables.
