Position Overview
The Site Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support the mission and operational objectives of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). This role oversees project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, security requirements, and organizational standards. The Project Manager works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, leadership, contractors, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in a highly regulated and mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, finance, procurement, security, engineering, and information technology personnel.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and executive briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations, agency policies, security protocols, and internal controls.
- Support contract administration activities including vendor coordination, performance tracking, and deliverable oversight.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, and track completion of assigned tasks.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and project performance.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, records, and audit-ready files.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and support collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six (6) years of professional experience; or Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Frequent use of hands and arms; prolonged sitting may be required.

- Ability to interpret instructions involving multiple abstract and concrete variables.
