Wendy Lichtenstein, Chief Executive Officer
Wendy Lichtenstein founded Leading Solutions, LLC in late 2007. Wendy leads a team of dedicated professionals with focus areas of Technical Services as well as Healthcare Services. Prior to founding Leading Solutions, Wendy served as a Senior Director at General Dynamics Information Technology, responsible for the capture of key opportunities that were within the company’s top 20 pursuits. Previous to that Wendy served in General Dynamics as a Senior Manager of Marketing and Business Development where she shaped new business opportunities and developed customer relationships. Wendy is an accomplished, results-driven executive and leader with expertise in management, operations and business development, focused on government markets. During her military career Wendy attained the rank of Colonel in the Army and retired in 2007 after 26 years of service. Throughout her career she was responsible for the leadership and management of large, complex organizations and programs where she gained significant experience in strategic planning, analysis and operations. Wendy holds a masters degree in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University, a masters degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the U.S Army War College.
Theresa Dinwiddie, Chief Operating Officer
Theresa Dinwiddie joined Leading Solutions in 2011 as the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for leading and managing the company’s array of services and programs. Theresa leads programs and services that are delivered across multiple sites and clients, and she oversees start-up of new programs as they emerge. Theresa also coordinates corporate staff activities pertaining to personnel, finance, recruiting, credentialing and contracts. Previously from 2004 to 2011, Theresa was a Senior Principle Engineer and Senior Program Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology where she oversaw multiple programs and engineering efforts for various types of training services and projects. She developed and implemented a scalable organization structure and management practices to accommodate fluctuations in work requirements among multiple contracts, including managing human resources functions such as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and performance evaluations. At CACI from 1999-2004 Theresa was a Senior Systems Analyst where she worked on major systems including support to the Department of Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) for Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) DD(X) Advanced Gun System (AGS). Theresa retired from the Army after 21 years of service and earned her BS and MS in Management Information Systems.
