Simulator Console Operator (SCO)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $32.31
Health & Welfare (H&W): $4.93
Summary:
The SCO at Shaw AFB supports MQ-9 Reaper simulator training operations. This includes loading training scenarios, monitoring real-time simulations, and ensuring system functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MQ-9 simulators (DMO, DTT)
- Troubleshoot and log system issues
- Provide white cell support and scenario inputs
- Coordinate with instructors for training customization
- Maintain simulator logs and training records
Qualifications:
- Experience with flight training simulation systems
- Tactical training scenario familiarity (Zeus, MACE, CAVOK)
- Secret clearance
