Position Title: Senior Database Management Analyst

Description:
Leading Solutions-LLC is seeking a Senior Database Management Analyst to support our government client in the Washington, DC Metro Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems.
- Coordinate changes to computer databases and ensure smooth integration of systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases and sensitive information.
- Maintain databases within an application area, either working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior and mid-level personnel in the team, ensuring adherence to best practices in database management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in database management, systems administration, or a similar field.
Salary:
- $56.00 per hour
Physical Requirements:
This job may require:
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or attending virtual meetings.
- Standing for extended periods during video conferences or meetings.
- Walking to various areas of the home office or meeting spaces, as needed for collaboration or coordination.
