Administrative Support – Facility & Audio-Visual Management (Non-Exempt)
Pay: $39.97/hour

About the Role
Ensure all conference rooms, training rooms, and AV systems are fully functional and event-ready. Provide direct AV technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage room scheduling and setup for meetings/events.
  • Provide real-time AV troubleshooting (microphones, monitors, presentations).
  • Maintain AV equipment and inventory.
  • Support daily facility operations and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of administrative or AV coordination experience.
  • Proven ability to set up and troubleshoot AV equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, facilities management, or IT).
