Administrative Support – Receptionist (Non-Exempt)
Pay: $26.61/hour
About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and professional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, manage email inquiries, greet guests.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of receptionist or front desk experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
