Senior Administrative Support – Records Management (Non-Exempt)
Pay: $39.97/hour

About the Role
Serve as the Records Custodian for USTDA, ensuring agency records are properly managed, retained, and disposed of per NARA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Central Agency Files and ensure proper retention schedules.
  • Manage FOIA requests, databases, and prepare response letters.
  • Train staff on records management processes.
  • Conduct biannual file cleanups and manage onboarding/offboarding record briefings.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in records management.
  • Knowledge of FOIA information management.
  • Experience developing retention schedules and compliance programs.
  • Excellent computer/database and communication skills.
  • Records Management training/certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related certification required.
