Description:
Leading Solutions-LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Support specialist for our government client in the Washington, DC Metro Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations support, data analytics, and program management, with experience overseeing teams and providing guidance to junior and mid-level personnel. This position offers the opportunity to support senior-level executives with a variety of operational and analytical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex tasks independently, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of assignments.
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior and mid-level personnel, ensuring their competency in data analytics and operational support.
- Demonstrated experience training and mentoring data analytics personnel to enhance team performance.
- Oversee daily analytical and program management support to senior-level executives.
- Support the preparation and coordination of key industry events, including correspondence and logistics.
- Assist in change/transformation efforts, such as gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, and situational reporting for large programs.
- Coordinate responses to technical specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management.
- Provide descriptive statistical analysis and ad hoc reporting to senior officials as required.
- Lead small and medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in operations support, data analytics, or program management.
Salary:
- $46.00 per hour
